Nano Tech Productions (“NTP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through nanotechproductions.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly, through:
- The contact form — your name and the email address or phone number you provide, plus any message you write.
- The project intake wizard — your name, email, company (if any), and your answers about the project you’re inquiring about (goals, features, budget, timeline, and similar details).
- Email correspondence — anything you send us directly, including replies to our emails.
We do not require account creation to browse the Site, and we do not knowingly collect payment information through the Site itself.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential project;
- Prepare project-scoping materials — such as an architectural blueprint, a cost estimate, and a draft proposal — based on the details you share in the intake wizard;
- Keep internal records of inquiries so we can track and manage our client pipeline;
- Improve the Site and the services we offer.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
To operate the Site and respond to inquiries, we rely on a small number of service providers:
- Cloudflare — hosts the Site and stores submitted form data (via Cloudflare D1) and any generated files (via Cloudflare R2).
- Resend — delivers the transactional emails the Site sends (confirmations and internal notifications).
- Anthropic — when a project intake submission includes enough detail, we use Anthropic’s API to help assemble an internal project-scoping document from your answers.
Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms; we don’t control, and aren’t responsible for, their independent use of data outside that relationship.
Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses a minimal, functional cookie to keep you signed in to the admin dashboard if you’re an authorized administrator. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We measure how the Site is used with our own first-party analytics — no third-party tracker, no advertising network, and no cookies. It records how long a visit lasts, which pages were viewed, the general device type and country, the site that referred you, and how far through the project questionnaire a visitor got, so we can tell which questions are losing people. Visits are tied together by a random identifier stored in your browser, which isn’t derived from your IP address or any device fingerprint and tells us nothing about who you are. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t record the visit at all. This data is summarized into an internal weekly report and deleted after 90 days.
Data Retention & Security
We retain submitted inquiries for as long as reasonably useful for following up and for our business records, and we take reasonable technical measures (encrypted storage, access controls) to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted at any time by emailing info@nanotechproductions.com. Marketing or campaign emails include an unsubscribe link.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
